How long it takes time to get my stuff after a purchasing.
- Customer will be notified by email when the product ship.
- Delivery condition may different depending on the stock status, so you can check it on the detail product page. - Product in stocks will be sent within 7 days.
- The delivery schedule might be changeable depending on the courier’s situation, pls check the exact schedule on the tracking page of the courier.

Exchange
-First, Please send its abnormal status to us by e-mail because exchange method is different way by each product. Some products may not be exchangeable.
- Damaged Items by your willful mistake are not exchangeable.
- All exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery

Return & cancelation.
-First, Please send your demand a refund to us by e-mail because return method is different way by each product. Some products may not be returned.
- All return and cancelation requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.
- Refund fees will be charged in accordance with the provision of PAYPAL.

How do I ship to multiple countries?
- When you purchase products, Please click “BUY NOW” instead of “CART”.
Then you choose region or country, make payment.
- Shipping charge vary from country-by-country. Some countries are undeliverable.

I cannot log on to web because certification e-mail does not arrive after sign up.
- Registered e-mail may not be accurate.
- Please sign up again using other e-mail address and enter it accurately.

I cannot log on to HOWCHIP.COM
- We send an authentication mail to the e-mail address you provided us, which you must accept after creating an account.
- Only authenticated users can log on to the web.
- Simply follow the link that is provided to you in the authentication mail in order to be authenticated.
- If there had been an error or a connection problem during the authentication process, your ID may be denied authentication.
- In such a case, we can manually authenticate your ID for you.

Membership withdrawal
- Log on to the website. Click “withdraw” on MY PAGE of TOP MENU.
- Used ID and E-mail account cannot be reused after membership withdrawal.
- All your contents will be erased after membership withdrawal.

I want to use another courier.
Currently, we only ship our products by Fedex.

How can I pay for an order?
We provide Paypal payment integration.
You can use any Credit Card with or without a Paypal account.


How do you ship goods?
We send our goods by FedEx only.
Our website automatically loops up the best shipping method for your zone.
Shipping fee is dependent on the volume, weight, and distance of an order.


How to use Credit Card without a PayPal account.
You can use credit card for payment with or without paypal account.
Select the items you want, put your items in the cart, and click the 'check out' icon.
If you click ‘pay with PayPal’ after placing an order, you will see ‘Choose a way to pay’ as below.
If you select ‘B’, you can pay in credit card you want.
You do not necessarily need a PayPal account.
If you have a paypal account, you can select the 'A'type.
